About Anita Dragovic

Instructor Anita Dragovic started her career in dentistry 25 years ago. She has worked in various roles within the dental filed, including dental receptionist, treatment coordinator, chair-side assistant, and office manager.

Today, she’s finds that it’s time to give back, balancing her work with teaching our dental reception program.

With her passion for constant learning and teaching, she has created this hands-on, one of a kind dental receptionist course.

She has chosen to hold her course in a practical setting, to ensure her students are well trained and prepared for fantastic employment.

IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR ME?
Our course is ideal for those who want to work in the dental field. We train students who have no experience as well as dental receptionists who want to improve their skills. All you need is a friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills. Basic computer skills are helpful too.
Our receptionist course will teach you how to use a dental software program, however the course does not provide instruction in Microsoft Office programs.

There is high demand for skilled Dental Receptionists in B.C.
Our course will give you the skills you need to excel in the dental field, and we will help you gain practical experience in a dental office within our program. We have many contacts in dentistry and can help you know where to start looking for your new job!

The Dental Receptionist Certificate is 8 weeks long, including practicum.
Yes, these courses are recognized by employers in B. C. Upon successful completion, students will receive a certification and will be able to find employment in dental industry.
